Small group training is quickly becoming one of the most effective (and affordable) ways of training. It is easy to get lost and overlooked in a large group class whereas small group training provides more personal attention. Not only will I hold you accountable as your trainer but small group training offers additional camaraderie and support. Sharing the cost with one or two others is another huge incentive.

Your sessions take place in a private gym downtown Fredericton.
