Halloween Workout

Happy Halloween everyone!

 

Enjoy this spooktacular sweat session:

 

1) Skull crushers + hip raise 
2) Zombie front raise + forward lunge
3) Pumpkin squat + press 
4) Frankenstein sit up

 

Try each move for 40 seconds followed by 20 seconds of rest. Repeat for 5 rounds!
