Virtual fitness challenges that provide live stream and on demand workouts, nutrition guidance, and accountability to make a lasting impact on people’s lives.

Each challenge is different but what stays consistent is that there are 4 mandatory workouts per week (and 2 optional). You always need dumbbells and a mat. Sometimes I pick one other piece of equipment (ex: hip band, chair, stability ball, resistance band, etc.). This means you can easily do the program from home or take it to the gym.

The Sand Studio Experience

The Sand Studio experience combines hot yoga, beach landscape, expansive breathwork and different yoga lineages to create a deep, detoxifying and transformational practice.

Sand Studio is designed to utilize ancient techniques with New Earth healing practices, whilst spreading the Aloha Spirit all over the planet.

Lotus also teaches classes in LA, Hawaii and globally.



Hi, I'm Laura Clendenning, founder and CEO of Sweat Club Inc. and Sweat Supplements. I'm a personal, group, and online fitness trainer, the creator of the online program LC Challenge, and insanely passionate about empowering others through health and fitness.

I really enjoy Britt’s classes. I’m a beginner and she always offers a variety of levels to accommodate everyone. She is always motivating and encouraging. The option of doing the workouts live or on-demand is great.
